The Family behind Red Rock

We understand the emotional and  logistical weight of event planning. Rooted in family tradition and a deep respect our land’s legacy,  we they offer not just a venue, but genuine care and hands-on guidance throughout the process. Our  experience, personal commitment, and thoughtful enhancements ensure every event is both  extraordinary and stress-free.


The Darcy family is close-knit with each of us adding our own skills and interests that make Red Rock Farm such great place. Our unique backgrounds (therapist, professor, Infantry Officer, project manager, teacher, scientist, chemist) add to the breadth of what we bring to create a warm, thoughtful, well-planned, and inviting atmosphere at the farm.

The Farm

Red Rock Farm is the setting for you if you are seeking a unique, peaceful venue for your special event—something memorable, personal,  and unlike the generic hotels and ballrooms you have seen too many times. With 70 acres of open fields, impressive stone walls, winding trails, a rambling stream, and open green spaces, Red Rock Farm can move your event from generic to epic.

Originally built in 1780 by a broom maker and his family, the property has been the Gorham/Darcy home for four generations. As a veteran-owned business, our Red Rock Farm family is committed to preserving the history and serenity of the land. Unlike conventional event venues,  we offer a rustic, nature-rich setting where events can feel unique, meaningful, and personal.

Red Rock Farm, LLC has run as an equestrian facility since 1985. Fully licensed and insured in RI and our town, we bring personalized, supportive hospitality to each customer. We welcome you to our peaceful, private farm venue where rustic elegance meets personal  attention.
